We do not offer a Warranty on Specials, we do however offer a 48 hour quality check for the customer to inspect the ring for faults after this period we will not accept Special items for return. Since your items will be at a slashed price we cannot afford after sales on the Specials and you will need to have the ring serviced in your local area. Stones can be ordered if lost at a reduced price from us.
We do not accept returns on engraved items unless there is an engraving error.

We offer a one year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Purple Gypsy representative.
Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please request a repair, or contact a customer service representative at 0817832811, and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
